What is Law 86-12 and how does it affect PPP insurance?

Law 86-12 of 2015 governs PPP contracts in Morocco. It sets specific insurance obligations for concessionaires, including minimum coverage levels and mandatory reporting to the contracting authority.

Which insurances are compulsory during the construction phase?

At minimum: TRC (all construction risks), site civil liability (RC Chantier), and decennial guarantee for structural work. Machinery and workers' accident insurance are also typically required.
