When you complete one of our forms, we collect: name, phone, email and the insurance data needed to prepare your quote. We do not collect sensitive data (health, financial) without your explicit consent.
How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to: (1) prepare and send the requested quotes, (2) communicate about your file, (3) improve our services. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Retention period
We retain your data for 3 years from your last interaction. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@insurema.ma.
Your rights
